Sesame Noodle Salad
I think about this salad all the time. It is so fresh and comforting, the noodles are so flavorful and the well seasoned chicken is somehow always perfectly charred yet tender. This light but filling salad goes great with a glass of orange and is so crave-able!
Smothered Matchsticks
I keep coming back for these fries. I've had several variations! The simple match stick fries with Mayo during happy hour, the smother match stick fries, the animal style matchbook fries. They're all so goods seriously, if you went here and got wine and smothered fries, you'd be happy.
Rosalba Salad
On the surface, you might think this is a typical beet salad, but it's anything but. Tender leaves of endive that were buttery and not bitter paired with bites of beets, cheese, pistachio, and dill---delicious---but what tied it all together was the truffle vinaigrette. It was perfectly balanced: not too much truffle, not too much acid, not too much fat. It is simple umami and more-ish and absolutely stunning. Honestly Lingua Franca should be packed to the gills every single night. Great service, atmosphere, and no bad dishes. I am obsessed!!
